- Under license from Demi-Monde
- Recorded 1989
- Re-mastered re-issue with expanded, illustrated booklet with all lyrics.
- Recorded in Wales in 1989, but release delayed for several years.
- The 1992 date is unsure and comes from the "live 1991" album (Mothermusic MM101CD) liner notes, that says "we are currently told [the Wild Child] may be available in September 1992!".
- Comes in a standard jewel case with a clear tray
- Originally recorded 1989 and first released not before 1992
- Tracks 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 employ a technique we call spontaneous composition method (SCM). We have developed this over the past two years by continuously recording live in studio in Australia. The music is created spontaneously with only the most basic prior agreements on form + tonality, the end result is dependent on the moment by moment reaction of all of us to the lyrical images presented by Gilli. There are no overdubs on these tracks.
- Recorded + mixed at Foel Studio, Llanfair, Caereinion, Powys, Wales, August 89.

Comments
in the beginning we had feet, and the feet were neat
Try not tapping your entire body to this gem. Whole album is a masterpiece.

Good morning
This is for the whole album: A masterpiece, at turns funny, mystical, poetic and very sensual.
Always loved Gong but this is the best offshoot beyond Pierre Moerlin's Gong
