Old Flings BreakUps - Split

Review by Rachel Ng

Old Flings BreakUps' latest album "Split" is a well-crafted and emotionally charged collection of songs. The band's signature blend of punk rock and indie rock is on full display here, with catchy guitar riffs and driving rhythms throughout the record.

The album opens with "Lost My Mind," a high-energy track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The standout track, however, is "Goodbye, So Long," a heart-wrenching ballad that showcases the band's ability to convey raw emotion through their music.

Old Flings BreakUps also demonstrates their versatility with tracks like "Another Day" and "Just a Memory," which feature more mellow and introspective moments.

About Old Flings BreakUps

Old Flings began in the Fall of 2010 as a way for Matt Evans (Just Die!, Megahurtz) to inject electricity into acoustic songs he had been writing for the past year. Consistently, Old Flings has remained the songwriting collaboration of Matt Evans and Jordan Luff.
