A colossal box set of live Stones from 1969-74. Please!
Tried to create the ultimate version (for now) of this show by integrating soundboard songs with the original. Hope you enjoy this new version of one of the most famous of all bootlegs, Live'r Than You'll Ever Be.

At this show the group is BURNING.
Best live version of Midnight Rambler.
Had this Bootleg in the mid 70's and MT's "I'm Free" solo stuck out " Mr Taylor.... Mistah Taylor" at the 32 min 40 sec mark.. Remembering this had "Gimme Shelter" but "Ya-Ya's did not, etc. Great capture of 69 tour.

I had read somewhere the Stones borrowed the Dead’s amps for this show … something about the Stones’ stuff got held up.

Unreal! The fact this is from 1969 is truly a gift! The Stones at this stage are raw with an abundance of talent! The band is tight, Mick’s voice is perfect as he belts the blues! 1969 was the beginning of their BAD BOY era, where the Stones commence in defining themselves as one of the greatest bands in Rock n Roll history and they continue even now to lead by example.

Sounds like Keith playing lead on Gimme Shelter instead of Mick. My original bootleg, the the lead was inaudible,

Great to find this recording of this amazing rock concert. This era and this show was when the band were peaking out of control, which defines the very nature of rock music for ages to come.
the record is pretty distorted probably based on the limits of the recording equipment, mics, etc but still a great testament of the best overall straight-up dead on balls R&R band of the 20thC.
Superb.. Greatest thing to ever happen was the Stone getting Mick T and truly defining the way for the modern rock and roll tour …..and they still do!.
