The Saints - Casablanca

Review by Paul Henman

The album Casablanca by Saints is a must-listen for fans of alternative rock. The band's unique sound, which blends elements of punk, garage rock, and post-punk, is on full display throughout the record. The album's opening track, "Casablanca," sets the tone with its driving rhythm and catchy guitar riffs. From there, the album takes the listener on a journey through a range of emotions, from the introspective "Lost in Translation" to the explosive "Riot in the Streets."

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Wasted Youth," which features a haunting melody and poignant lyrics about the fleeting nature of youth. The band's energy and passion are palpable throughout the record, and their ability to seamlessly blend different genres and styles is a testament to their musical prowess.

What I wouldn't do to go back in time to see the Saints live again. This song reminds me so of love gone wrong in the 80s.
