Tracy Lawrence - Sticks And Stones

Review by Sam Gray

Tracy Lawrence's album Sticks and Stones is a classic example of country music at its finest. Released in 1991, the album features some of Lawrence's most memorable hits, including "Alibis," "Can't Break It to My Heart," and "My Second Home."

Lawrence's voice is the perfect complement to the album's themes of heartbreak, love, and resilience. The lyrics are honest and relatable, and the instrumentation is masterfully crafted. The album also features some excellent collaborations, such as the duet with John Anderson on "Hillbilly with a Heartache."

Country is the greatest genre on earth! The artists are pickers and singers who love to make music and are humble people. The 80s & 90s Country is my favorite era. I consider this the Golden Era of Country. Tracy is one of the greats and will never be forgotten!
