I preferred what I saw in Toronto (in '92 I think it was). It was a superior version, but, with a great song and musicians who love the tune? Let them do it and try it. It's sort of what music is about. If you don't think people mess around with songs, or shouldn't mess around with this song, check out Bowie and Reed doing it together. Hahahah!
