- Recorded in early 2007 at Freddy's cabin in the woods of Honefoss.
- Tracks 1, 2, 4 and 6 would be re-recorded and used on the 2010 "Åsa" debut
- full-length.
- Track 3 would also be recorded for said album, but the title was shortened to "Hvorfor..."
- Before that album, tracks 1, 2, 3 and 4 would also be re-recorded and released on the 2008 "Norwegian Metal" demo.
