My all-time favorite "honky tonk" singer who should have been enshrined in the CMHOF! (Next down the line are Del Reeves and Vernon Oxford, who got shafted by the Hall of Fame voting committee also!
Faron Young, who excelled in the "honky tonk" style equally as well I didn't list with these three, since he also fit in the category with those golden-throated, heart-thob, romantic ballad recording artists like Jim Reeves,
David Houston, and George Morgan.)
