Wings Over London, the live album by Paul McCartney's band Wings, is a true masterpiece that showcases the band's incredible musicianship and energy. The album was recorded during the band's 1975-76 world tour, and features some of their biggest hits, including "Live and Let Die," "Maybe I'm Amazed," and "Band on the Run."
The album captures the band's live sound perfectly, with McCartney's powerful vocals and bass lines, Denny Laine's guitar work, and the tight rhythm section of drummer Joe English and keyboardist Linda McCartney. The band's chemistry is evident throughout the album, with each member contributing their own unique style to the songs.
The album also features some lesser-known tracks, such as "Bluebird" and "Letting Go," which are given new life in the live setting. The highlight of the album is undoubtedly the 13-minute version of "Medicine Jar," which features an extended jam that showcases the band's improvisational skills.
