Prolific French composer, musician and producer. Born on 11th July 1948, Sidi Bel Abbès, Algeria, as Pierre Job. Died on 8th September 2008 in Paris, France. Zazou worked, produced and collaborated with an international array of recording artists since 1976, making eclectic and accessible world music fusions. He belonged to the "lettriste" movement.
