Oh my, I've only ever heard this with pops and clicks (LP). Thanks!
I just got lucky on getting one of these from Discogs. I knew straight away it was going to be 7 1/2 ips just by the weight of the reel's box before opening. Box and Reel label state 3 3/4 ips but plays @7 1/2 ips. Box lists Bell and Howell but on the bottom of the label it lists as MAGTEC. On top of this, the reel is near mint IMO. Sounds out of this work! I am sooooo ecstatic!

That just sounds great. I also love the ending, which is imperfect in the tightness of the musicians, but that's what makes this stuff great. Peter, Paul and Mary had incredible music and to me never gets old. Thank you for sharing.

I once heard this song during an early morning rain, getting ready for grade school in the late 60's. For reasons unknown, my sister was playing it on her little blue-and-white RCA phonograph while we were in that final rush to head on down the steps and out the door. To this day, every time I hear this song I think of that early morning rain, and every time there's an early morning rain, this song plays on an old phonograph in my memory.
I'm pretty sure that nearly a third of my record collection is of PP+M and Gordon Lightfoot brought together in this iconic performance. Thanks
